While it is important that those on casualised contracts are involved in the shaping of our anti-casualisation activities and campaigns, the fight against casualisation is one for all UCU members – however they are employed.

Every UCU member can play a part in challenging casualisation in the workplace and in this new guide we give you some ideas about how – but this is not an exhaustive or static list.
